Join us for a fun and interactive adventure experience exploring different languages, food, geography, and culture! Voyage Linguistic is designed to introduce students to food vocabulary, numbers, and fun geography exploration through both French & Fingerspelling! Students will learn basic food words, explore French culture and cuisine; along with the basics of Manually Coded English (MCE) and explore it’s history and cultural importance. Campers will do a french food and Manually Coded English scavenger hunt downtown, prepare some fancy french treats, and the highlight of the camp each year – visit Crepes De Luxe in downtown Iowa City shop to practice their skills and order in French! Crepes and French treats are included in the registration and paid for by GoldCap.

French treats, snacks, and the visit to the crepe shop will be provided by GoldCap! Students will bring their own lunch and water bottle.
Early drop-off (8:30am) and Late Pick-Up (12:30pm) are available for an additional fee of $35.
