No-School Day Camp – Friday, April 3

Spend the day exploring downtown Iowa City through creativity, movement, and hands-on experiences!

Campers will take part in a Downtown Photo Quest, completing fun visual challenges that build observation skills while exploring local landmarks, architecture, and hidden details around the city.

We’ll keep the energy high with movement games, our always-famous mini duck hunt, and team-based challenges throughout the morning.

Campers will also enjoy interactive scavenger hunts in popular downtown spots like the University of Iowa Natural History Museum or the Iowa City Public Library (final locations TBD).

Midday includes a private pizza party at Camp Iowa City featuring Scouts Honor Pizza—time to relax, recharge, and connect with friends.

In the afternoon, we’ll visit Yotopia for a behind-the-scenes experience and a well-earned frozen treat.

Throughout the day, campers build teamwork, confidence, and problem-solving skills—all while having an absolute blast downtown.
