Breathe & Bloom Description
At Breathe & Bloom, kids will stretch, move, and create while exploring the magic of mindfulness, nature, and art! Each day, we’ll start with fun yoga and breathing exercises to help us feel calm, strong, and focused. Then, we’ll head outside to explore and connect with nature, using what we find to inspire our creativity. Campers will get their hands messy with awesome eco-art projects, turning natural materials into blooming masterpieces that show how we grow—inside and out! Whether it’s striking a yoga pose under the trees, taking a mindful moment to listen to the world around us, or creating art that comes to life, every camper will leave feeling happy, refreshed, and more connected to themselves, their friends, and nature.
And for a special Friday treat, we’ll take a short walk to Hot House Yoga, where their amazing instructors will lead us in a fun, kid-friendly yoga session inside their beautiful downtown studio! It’s the perfect way to wrap up a week of movement, mindfulness, and creativity.
Early drop (8:30-9am) and late pickup (4-4:30pm) option available for this class for $45.
Students will bring their own lunch and water bottle. GoldCap will provide snacks.
GoldCap staff will meet parents outside of Merge to assist with pick-up and drop-off. Following registration, additional materials will be emailed to gather additional information about each student, and provide specific information about drop-off, pick-up and/or additional logsitics as needed.

Downtown Discovery: Paws & Parks!
